- investments higher priced than EUR 500.000 only can be recipient if they belong to the food service industry or lodging sector, or
- if they class their building investment among premium/superior spa hotels
- if they class their building investment of the lodging asset among am minimum of 30 rooms
- Start ups, young companies as well as small enterprises within the compleat market sector of tourism and leisure industry realizing small invesments up to EUR 500.000 do have two elternatives of lent terms (6 or 10 years credit period)
- investments higher priced than EUR 500.000 lent term up to 17 years of credit period feasible
- at increasing total investment amounts a minimum equity (private, not public) share of 30% is required
- application solely via the Österreichischen Hotel- und Tourismusbank (ÖHT)
